Changed Your Mind?

If you buy from us online as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you want to cancel your purchase. Once you’ve contacted us, you’ll normally have a further 14 days to return the item.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong product.

Please take reasonable care of the item while it is with you. Items should be returned in good condition and, where possible, with their original packaging, accessories and manuals.

For a valid cancellation, we’ll refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty please contact us through our Contact Us form as soon as possible.

If possible, please include photographs of the item and packaging, as this can help us deal with your return more quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Where the problem is our responsibility, we’ll cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

If an item develops a fault after 30 days, please contact us and we’ll help arrange the appropriate solution in line with your statutory rights and any applicable manufacturer's warranty.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us before sending anything back.

When contacting us, please include:

• Which item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Any relevant photographs

We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

For unwanted items, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. For online cancellations, we will normally refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence that you have sent it back).
